Suraielec warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for one year from the purchase date.
This warranty excludes any liability for labor related to the removal, reinstallation, or reconfiguration of the product.
This warranty will be void if the product is installed improperly, used in an unsuitable environment, overloaded, misused, opened, abused, altered in any way, or if it is not used according to the provided labels or instructions.
No other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided. However, if any implied warranty is required by law, the duration of such warranty is limited to one year.
Suraielec is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of equipment, lost sales or profits, or delays in fulfilling warranty obligations.
